Lorenia Castillo

Director| Head teacher| Co-owner

Our Director and co-owner Mrs. Lorenia Castillo has 14 years of experience in the child care business, she is the former owner of Creative Little hands daycare. She has a Bachelors Degree in Dentistry in the Dominican Republic, she was also an instructional aide at Honiss school. Is an associate Pastor at her local church, and a recording gospel singer/songwriter and former theater actress. Mrs. Castillo is also a book author, and mother of 3 young children. Mrs. Castillo is currently acquiring a Masters degree in Early childhood education.

Mallerlyn Zucco, BA ASFP MST

Co-owner| School age program supervisor

With a bachelors in laws, accounting and a Master in Taxation, Mrs. Zucco has more than 7yrs of experience in accounting services, more specifically in tax practices. As CFO of GLO Learning Adventure she will ensure to enhance our financial resources to utilize funds to expand to greater enrichment and developmental programs, to provide the best curriculum for your child. Mrs. Zucco is also an associated pastor along side her husband in her local church, focusing on family and marriage counseling. Mrs. Zucco will also be one of our homework club tutors and school age program supervisor.

Nicauris Ubiera, MA, LPC

Mental health counselor | Enrichment Teacher

Nicauris works with children, adolescents and teens who are dealing with depression, anxiety, anger management and life adjustments. She works with families and parents providing tools and communication skills to help parents understand and help their children to better cope with difficult stages in life. She has experience in working with children, adolescents and teens for over 10 years and worked for the Department of Education in New York City for 7 years.

Nicauris received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling at Nyack College and is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Fielding University.
